Sundai curry (Made from left over sambar & avial)

Ingredients:

  1. Left over Sambar
  2. Left over Avial
  3. Oil - 1 tablespoon
  4. Curry leaves - 10 nos
Procedure:
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and 10 nos of curry leaves
  • Mix sambar and avial together in the pan
  • Allow it to simmer till it becomes thick (15 to 20 minutes)
  • Do NOT MASH THE vegetables while stirring
  • NOTE: You can use the microwave but make sure to close it to avoid spluttering
