Goduma mavu dosai (Wheat dosai - good for diabetics)

Ingredients:
  1. Rice flour - 1 Tumbler
  2. Goduma mavu heaps (wheat) - 2 tumblers
  3. Some buttermilk
  4. Dark Pink onion – 1
  5. Green Chilli – 3
  6. Ginger – 1 bit
  7. Jeera – 1 spoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Seasoning  - Mustard and Urad Dhal

Procedure:
  • Sautee Onion, Green chilli and ginger till onion is transparent
  • Mix this with the flour mixtures and add jeera and salt
  • Mix the flour to dosa consistency and season with Mustard / Urad dhal
