Stuffed Capsicum (Green Bell Pepper)

 Ingredients:

  1. Medium size Capsicum (Bell Pepper Green)---4 Nos,
  2. Boild Potatoes---2 Nos
  3. Carrot---1
  4. Green peas---1/2 Cup,
  5. CutOnion---1Cup,
  6. Ginger Garlic paste---1/2 Teaspoon,
  7. Coriander leaves---1/4 Cup,
  8. Cooking oil---2 Table spoon.
  9. Mustard seed---1/2Teaspoon
  10. Cumin seed---1/2 Teaspoon,
  11. Grated cheese or Butter---2 Table spoon
  12. Salt---To taste,
  13. Chilli powder ---1 Teaspoon
  14. Turmeric powder---1/4 Teaspoon

Procedure:

  • Wash and Scoop out seeds from capsicums
  • Take little salt in hand and smear inside and outside of the capsicums, and  keep aside for 15 Minutes.
  • Cut all vegetables finely.
  • Heat oil in a pan ,add mustard and cumin and allow it to splutter.
  • Now add cut onions and ginger garlic paste,then vegetables with mashed potato.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt and stir for 10 minutes
  • .Remove fom fire.
  • Now drain the water from capsicum and fill it up with cooked vegetables.
  • At the top sprinkle cheese or butter liberally and bake it for 10 minutes.
  • Caution---Keep an eye on the oven after 5 minutes to avoid the tomatoes getting charred.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with puri or roti.
