Ingredients:
- Left over Sambar
- Left over Avial
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Curry leaves - 10 nos
Procedure:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and 10 nos of curry leaves
- Mix sambar and avial together in the pan
- Allow it to simmer till it becomes thick (15 to 20 minutes)
- Do NOT MASH THE vegetables while stirring
- NOTE: You can use the microwave but make sure to close it to avoid spluttering
