Ingredients:
Procedure
- Bottle gourd- 9" long
- Brinjal small- 3 nos
- Drumstick-1no
- Tomato-1no
- Sugar-1 teaspoon
- Tamarind extract-3 cups
- Salt- to taste
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Chillipowder-2 tea spoon
- Cuminseed - 1/2 teaspoon
- A pinch of asafoedita
- Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Red chillies - 2 nos
- Curry leaf - few
Procedure
- Cut the vegetable into 2 " length
- Add the cut vegetables with tamarind extract.
- Add salt,chillipowder,turmeric and boil till the vegetables get cooked.Before removing from the stove add sugar
- Heat two tablespoon of cooking oil and season with 1/2 teaspoon cuminseed, a pinch of asafoedita, 1 teaspoon of mustard , 2 red chillyies and curryleaf
