Stomache / Nausea remedy for adults

Ingredients:

  1. Fresh ginger - 50 gms (size of your hand's palm)
  2. Sugar - 1/2 cup or according to taste
  3. Fresh lemon juice or bottled concentrate - 3/4 cup
  4. Warm water - 3 teacups
Procedure:
  • Grind the ginger with the skin and warm water (3 teacups) two times
  • Extract the juice and filter it
  • Add sugar and lemon juice 
  • Drink this two to three times in the day preferably in empty stomach
