Ingredients:
- Fresh ginger - 50 gms (size of your hand's palm)
- Sugar - 1/2 cup or according to taste
- Fresh lemon juice or bottled concentrate - 3/4 cup
- Warm water - 3 teacups
Procedure:
- Grind the ginger with the skin and warm water (3 teacups) two times
- Extract the juice and filter it
- Add sugar and lemon juice
- Drink this two to three times in the day preferably in empty stomach
