Ingredients:
- Black pepper - 1 tablespoon
- Jeera - 1 tablespoon
- Dry ginger powder - 1 tablespoon
- Omam (Ajvain) - 2 teaspoons
- Honey - 1.5 cup
- Raisin - 2 teaspoons
- Almond - 1 tablespoon
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Grind all ingredients together except HONEY to a fine powder
- Heat honey and pour the powder in the honey
- Stir well till it is like a jam
- Add half cup of ghee intermittently
- Cook till it does not stick to the sides of the pan (jam consistency)
- DO NOT DRINK WATER for 1 hour after taking this medicine
