Ingredients:
- Jeera (Cumin seeds) - 1 heap teaspoon
- Water - 4 ounces
Procedure
- Dry roast the jeera (cumin seeds)
- When it is golden color, add 4 ounces of water and boil it till it reduces to 2 ounces
- Filter the jeera water so no jeera bits are present in the water
- Let it cool a bit till it is lukewarm
- Give it to the baby when it is lukewarm
