Ingredients:
- Raw or parboiled rice - 4 cups
- Full black urad dhal - 1 cup
- Fenugreek - 2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Soak all ingredients except the salt for 4 hours
- Wash and grind it together to a very fine paste (idly batter consistency)
- Add salt and mix well
- Allow it to ferment for 8 hours
- Now you can make thick dosas without oil (spongy texture)
