- Red chilly - 21 nos
- Black pepper - 3/4 cups
- Cumin seeds - 1 cup
- Moong dhal - 3/4 cup
- Coconut scraping - 2 cups
- Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Procedure
- Heat the ghee and add the black pepper
- When it gets roasted add all other spices and roast uniformly
- When it cools, dry grind the ingredients in a mixer to a powder form
- Store it in an airtight container and deep freeze it
